Outside Hampton Roads, Virginia, shipping may take 7-10 business days to arrive.

Within Hampton Roads, Virginia custom orders may take 5-7 business days to arrive. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Method & Madness Beauty, we take health and safety very seriously, which is why we do not accept returns for any reason. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the nature of our customized orders, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds.

PICK-UP POLICY

Looking for a convenient way to get your beauty supplies? We offer pick up services for our customers in Hampton Roads, Virginia! When products and merchandise are announced as available for pick up, simply schedule a time for pick up and await approval.
